Boy Scout Merit Badge:
Presentation from 9am-Noon; testing and signoff at Noon.

Prior to coming to the Aviation Merit Badge workshop, the Scout will need to gather all the necessary paperwork (workbook and merit badge application) for the workshop. Download and print out a copy of the workbook prior to attending the event. Contact your Scout Master for copies of the merit badge application. EAA Chapter 32 does not have any copies of the merit badge applications nor badges. Your Scout Master will provide the necessary help in obtaining the badges after the workshop is complete.

EAA Chapter 32 Aviation Merit Badge Councilor will present a workshop with the information needed to complete the Aviation Merit Badge beginning at 9am and ending about noon. The students will then be tested and the merit badge application will be signed by the Aviation Merit Badge Councilor following the presentation. Return the completed workbook and merit badge application to your Scout Master after completion.

The Boy Scout will receive a Young Eagles flight during the course of the presentation as part of the Merit Badge. A parent or legal guardian (not the Scout Master) needs to sign a Young Eagle Registration form prior to the flight taking place. If a parent or legal guardian is not able to attend with the scout, they may request a registration form to mailed to them 2 weeks prior to the event. The form must be an original copy Photo copies and faxes are not accepted by our national Young Eagles office.

Please contact us at youngeagles@eaa32.org if you have any questions.

For Sale - 1977 Piper Archer II and 1978 Cessna 182RG

N4598F     1977 Piper Archer II with 9500 TT and 1700 on the engine. I have owned this airplane for 20 years and it is in excellent mechanical condition.   I will sell it for what I owe the bank, which is right at $32,000.   The current VRef book value on this airplane is $48,000.    We will sell it out right or even sell it to use as a lease back if the person buying it wants.  I will assist the owner in finding prospective club members if you decide to form a club with the airplane.

N2623C     1978 Cessna 182RG  with "0" SMOH on a new limits overhaul, "0" on overhauled prop, New Interior, and completely refurbished mechanically. I will sell the entire airplane for only $59,000 or take on a partner on the airplane and use it in our operation at Smartt for only $30,000.  This is a great deal for someone looking for a high performance airplane at the cost of a Skyhawk.
